Do I know what I'm doing? Yes, I do. I have 20 years of experience with Domino and Notes. I was one of the first development managers for these products at Lotus, overseeing the Notes C-language API kit. I know Domino and Notes from the inside out. I run DominoSecurity.org as a service to the Domino/Notes community and serve as a resident expert at SearchDomino.com.

Response Time — For remote support during normal business hours, I usually can look at your problem immediately. We also can arrange for prompt off-hours remote support. For on-site support, I usually can schedule this within a couple days.
Billing — I charge a flat hourly rate for all administration work. I bill in 0.1 hour increments, with no minimum charge per incident. So you can call me twice a year or five times a day, and pay only for work I actually perform.
Getting Started — Establishing a remote administration connection usually takes about one hour, and I do not charge for this time. The usual method is for your organization to create a Notes ID for this purpose, which you can monitor and revoke at any time. I then set up my computers to use the ID to connect to your servers.
